Mica Flakes is produced by grinding and crushing Mica Scrap by pulvigators into smaller split units with average size ranging from 2 to 10 Mesh.

Manufacturing Process

• Automated screening and pre-processing of the raw material to remove dust and stones.
• Handpicking of particles like quartz, feldspar, biotitic etc.
• The material undergoes grinding through pulvigators. It is subsequently screened to remove dust generated by this grinding process.
• Final product is screened again and packed as per order specifications.
• Most of the industrial demand today is for sizes between 2 to 8 Mesh.
