Mica Powder is obtained by grinding Mica of any form by rotary hammers also known as Pulverizers.

Manufacturing Process

• Automated screening and pre-processing of the raw material to remove dust and stones.
• Handpicking of particles like quartz, feldspar, biotite, etc.
• This raw material is then grinded through Pulverizers to generate Mica Powder of varying fineness depending upon client requirements.
• Final product is screened again and packed as per order specifications.
• Largest demand today is for 10 – 20 Mesh, 20-40 Mesh and 40-100 Mesh
