Mica Scrap refers to irregular lumps of Mica extracted from mines and consists of variety of shapes and sizes.

Manufacturing Process

We follow multi-layered processing standards which involve:

• Automated screening and pre-processing of the raw material to remove dust and stones.
• Handpicking of particles like quartz, feldspar, biotite etc.
• Crushing depending upon client requirements
• Manual quality control check to ensure that any spotted or stained mica or leftover foreign particles identified during the crushing process is segregated
• Final product is screened again and packed as per order specifications
